Problem: Transgender people experience healthcare disparities, and many institutions still lack appropriate curriculum for nursing students.

Solution: Develop and implement a 3- hour lecture and engage students in a live actor led clinical standardized patient simulation.

Results: There was a 30% increase in the Sexual Orientation Counselor Competence score reflecting improved clinical competence, attitude, and skills towards transgender people.

Solution: Develop microlearning experience to provide to patients prior to the first appointment.

Results: Patients presented to clinic with an increased understanding of basic sleep hygiene leading to a 40% increase in on time visits.

Problem: Healthcare providers and allied health professionals lack specialized training in perimenopause care, leading to gaps in support and suboptimal outcomes for women during this critical life stage.

Solution: Design and develop a comprehensive Perimenopause CME/CEU course. This course is video-based with scenario-based assessments and resources available for the learner.
